1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any enrolment confirmation we send you.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to latentspacsdsd, an online AI development school operating from 33 Thalang Road, Muang, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
• "You" / "User" means any person who accesses our website or enrols in a Programme.
• "Programme" means any of our structured learning courses: the Coding & AI Starter Programme, the Hands-On ML Build Series, or the Mentored Capstone Programme.
• "Content" means all materials, exercises, feedback, written guides, and other resources we provide as part of a Programme.
• "Website" means the latentspacsdsd website and associated pages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or completing enrolment in a Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Programme.
• You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law or the laws of your place of residence.
• If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.

3. Service Description

latentspacsdsd provides structured online AI development education. Our Programmes are delivered entirely online and include guided exercises, reviewed work, and — for the Capstone track — scheduled one-to-one mentoring sessions.

• Our Programmes are available to learners worldwide unless restricted by applicable law.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Website or Programme materials, but we aim to give reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
• Programme content is in English. We do not currently offer translations.

4. Enrolment & Accounts

Enrolment begins when you submit an enquiry or complete the enrolment process and we send a written confirmation. An account may be created for Programme access.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Account access is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• We may suspend or close an account that we believe has been used fraudulently or in breach of this Agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to engage with our Programmes honestly and in good faith. The following are not permitted:

• Submitting work that is not your own as if it were, or misrepresenting your understanding or progress.
• Sharing Programme Content, exercises, or feedback with third parties outside of permitted personal study use.
• Using our Website or systems in any way that could damage, disable, or impair them.
• Attempting to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Using our services to develop tools or content intended to cause harm.
• Harassing or being abusive toward latentspacsdsd staff, mentors, or other learners.

6. Intellectual Property

All Programme Content — including written materials, exercise specifications, feedback templates, and structural frameworks — is owned by latentspacsdsd or its licensors.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Programme Content for your own personal learning purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly publish Programme Content without our written permission.
• Work you create during a Programme (your code, your projects, your written outputs) remains yours. We retain no ownership over your work, though we may use anonymised excerpts as teaching examples with your consent.
• The latentspacsdsd name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing and currency

Programme fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿). The fees at time of your enrolment apply to your enrolment. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.

7.2 Refund policy

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment if you have not yet accessed any Programme materials or attended any mentoring session.
• Requests submitted after 7 days, or after accessing Content, will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
• Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may not be refundable.

7.3 Non-payment

If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to suspend access to Programme Content until the matter is resolved.

8. Programme-Specific Terms

8.1 Self-paced learning

The Coding & AI Starter Programme and Hands-On ML Build Series are self-paced. Access is provided for a defined period as specified at enrolment. Time estimates reflect typical progress with regular effort; your actual pace will vary.

8.2 Mentoring sessions (Capstone)

The Mentored Capstone Programme includes scheduled one-to-one sessions. Sessions must be booked in advance and cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled automatically.

8.3 Completion records

We issue a completion record upon satisfactory completion of a Programme. This is a record of participation and project completion — it is not an academic qualification, a regulated certification, or a guarantee of any employment outcome.

8.4 Academic integrity

Submissions should represent your own work. Using AI tools to generate answers to exercises without understanding the underlying concepts undermines the purpose of the Programme. We encourage you to use such tools as a learning aid rather than a substitute for working through problems.

9. Disclaimers

• Programmes are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge and expertise, but are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable Thai consumer protection law.
• We make no promise that completing a Programme will lead to employment, a salary increase, or any other specific outcome. Results depend on each learner's effort, background, and individual circumstances.
• Our Content does not constitute professional software engineering, data science, or career advice for specific commercial purposes. Treat it as structured educational material.
• We do not warrant that the Website will be free from errors or that any defects will be corrected, though we will make reasonable efforts to address issues promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• Our total liability to you arising out of or relating to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees you paid for the Programme to which the claim relates.
• We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• If our service is unavailable due to events outside our reasonable control (including natural events, infrastructure failures, or government action), we will not be liable for resulting losses, though we will take reasonable steps to restore access.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless latentspacsdsd, its staff, and mentors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of Programme Content, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of our services.

12. Termination

Either party may end the Agreement:

• By you: at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds are subject to Section 7.2 above.
• By us: if you breach this Agreement and do not remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice, we may suspend or terminate your access. If a breach is serious (for example, sharing Programme Content commercially), we may act immediately.

On termination, your licence to access Programme Content ends. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it informally. We will respond within 14 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and latentspacsdsd relating to the Programmes and supersedes any prior communications.
• Severability: if any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• No Waiver: our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under this Agreement. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transfer, provided your rights are not adversely affected.
• Notices: formal notices under this Agreement should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect your enrolled Programme, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
